About Cala Egos Beach

Cala Egos is a small cove on the southern side of Cala d’Or. It is more compact and less obvious than Caló des Pou, but it is useful if you are staying in the Cala Egos area and want a nearby swim.

The cove is protected by rocky sides, with clear water and steps or access points down from the surrounding streets and hotel area. It is better for confident swimmers and short beach visits than for a full day with lots of equipment.

Facilities on the beach itself are limited, but restaurants, shops and hotels are close by in Cala Egos. Parking is usually nearby street parking and can be tight in high season.
