About Cala Serena

Cala Serena is a small sandy cove next to Cala Ferrera. It is framed by rocky sides and has a calmer, more tucked-away feel than many of the better-known Cala d’Or beaches.

The beach is compact, so it is better for a swim, a snorkel or a quiet few hours than for a large family beach setup. The water is generally clear and the rocky sides make it one of the nicer local spots for snorkelling.

Facilities are limited compared with Cala Gran or Cala Ferrera. Bring water and beach basics, especially outside the main summer season.
